Good hygiene helps prevent illness, build self-esteem, and keep your child healthy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Follow these tips to help your son or daughter develop good hygiene habits.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Bathing and Body Hygiene<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Make sure your child bathes daily to remove dirt and sweat.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise them to make sure they thoroughly clean and dry all parts of their body, especially in younger children.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Ears<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>During bath time, teach your child to clean only the outside of the ears and behind them.<\/li>\n<li>Do not let water go inside the ear.
